Interactive Waving Card

Another interactive card adventure. The hand waves as the card is opened and closed.   A co-worker asked if I could make some Thank You cards that had his son waving as the card was opened.  I told him "well, I can try".  This is what I came up with. Interactive "Merry-Go-Round" Card

Welcome to my next adventure in interactive cards! The circle of transportation icons circles the sentiment like a Merry-Go-Round. Interactive Spinning Cards

Welcome to my next interactive experiment!! I saw quite a few examples of this interactive card technique on YouTube and added it to my ever-growing list of techniques to try.  As soon as I saw Stampin Up's A Little Wild stamps and coordinating framelits (Little Loves), I knew they would be great for this type of card.  It has taken me quite a while to get to a good place for creating and playing with cards but, in the meantime, Stampin Up came out with a holiday version, Seasonal Chums and Seasonal Tags Framelits, so I made many variations at the same time. Supplies Stamps:  Stampin Up Seasonal Chums, A Little Wild, Howl-o-ween Treat, Everyday Flexible Phrases, Happy Celebrations, Merry Cafe Dies: Stampin Up Seasonal Tags, Little Loves, Cupcake Cutouts, Christmas Greetings, Celebrate You, Stitched Shapes, Squares, Number of Years Inks: Stampin Write Markers in Cucumber Crush, Mango Melody, Pineapple Punch, Pumpkin Pie, Lemon Lime Twist, Basic B...

Inside Shadow Box Wedding Card

My significant other needed a card for a co-worker's wedding.  The front of the card was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #340.  The interior is an Inside Shadow Box that I learned how to do from a YouTube video by Jennifer McGuire Ink. Stamps:  Stampin Up Beautiful Ride, Sunshine & Rainbows, Adventure Awaits Inks: Stampin Up Soft Sky, Pool Party, Garden Green, Basic Black, VersaMark with Stampin Up White emboss powder Dies: Stampin Up Rainbow Builder Thinlits, Oval Framelits, Squares Framelits Cardstock: Stampin Up Whisper White, Garden Green Pattern Paper:  Stampin Up Coffee Break Designer Paper, Carried Away Designer Paper Embellishments: Stampin Up Metallic Thread, non-Stampin Up enamel dots Here are the steps to make the card with some pictures.  I find it a bit confusing in print and really liked the way Jennifer McGuire demonstrated the technique in her video.  I suggest you practice with cheap paper or cardstock before you...
